We try to be completely organic at Molly Ward Gardens. Our gardens see no chemicals (except Sluggo - animal friendly slug bait). We compost our yard and kitchen waste, recycle cardboard, paper, bottles, paper, etc. We grow fruits, flowers, greens, vegetables and herbs for the restaurant. Sam buys only organic produce - local as much as possible. We serve only wild fish (not farmed) and stay away from those fish that are endangered. We all feel strongly in the importance fo sustainability. We must all do our part to continue our quality of life in this most beautiful part of the earth.
The menus change often depending on what is fresh in the market and what the cooks feel like cooking. Our soups and sauces are made from scratch. Simple menus to guarantee best quality and freshest flavor.
The restaurant is available for holiday parties, banquets and rehearsal dinners.
