Each Mother will receive a split bottle of Prosecco or sparkling apple cider

1st Course

~Avocado, Spinach & Sorrel Soup~

A blend of avocado, spinach, sorrel, onions, herbs and spices. Topped with crème fraîche

~OR~

~Spring Salad~

Micro greens, sprouts, asparagus, peas and chickpeas tossed in a light citrus basil dressing. Topped with fresh radish, goat cheese, pistachios and herbs

2nd Course

~Stuffed Chicken Breast~

Baked chicken breast stuffed with sundried tomatoes, goat cheese and basil. Served with seared herb polenta cake, sautéed wild mushrooms and asparagus. Topped with a drizzle of balsamic reduction and toasted pine nuts

~Seafood Skewers~

Sea scallops, Gulf prawns and white fish marinated in citrus, herbs and olive oil. Skewered and grilled. Served with steamed wild rice, snap peas and buttery lemon herb sauce

~Asparagus & Wild Mushroom Strudel~

Asparagus, wild mushrooms, leeks, Gruyère cheese and herbs wrapped in puff pastry. Baked until golden brown. Served with Parmesan cheese stuffed artichoke and herb tomato sauce

3rd Course

~Hummingbird Cake~

With cream cheese frosting and pecans

~Chocolate Cups & Blood Orange Sorbet~

Dark chocolate cups individually filled with strawberry cream, chocolate cream and hazelnut cream. Served with a blood orange sorbet
